At AustMystik, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us about a return or exchange. Please reach out via email at info@austmystik.com to get started.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging
- Personalised or custom-labelled items cannot be returned unless faulty
- Wax melts that have been opened or used are not eligible for return
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Want to swap for a different fragrance or product? Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
