What are your candles made from?
Our candles are made from a premium soy wax blend with cotton wicks and high-grade fragrance oils. Each candle is hand-poured in our Wollongong, NSW studio.
How many fragrances do you offer?
We currently offer up to 58 different fragrances across our candles, wax melts, diffusers, and incense products. You can choose your fragrance when placing an order.
Can I get a personalised label on my candle?
Yes! Personalised labels are one of our specialties. You can add names, dates, photos, or heartfelt messages to create a sentimental keepsake — perfect for weddings, memorials, birthdays, and corporate gifts.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn times vary by size: our Small Signature Candle burns for 25+ hours, and our Large candles burn for 60+ hours. For best results, follow our candle care tips.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer $10 flat rate shipping Australia-wide. Orders over $80 qualify for FREE shipping. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! We have a Create Your Own Gift Package option where you can select products, choose a fragrance, and have it beautifully packaged and ready to gift.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn, let the first burn reach the edge of the jar, and don’t burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Visit our Candle Care page for the full guide.
Do you do corporate or bulk orders?
Absolutely! We offer custom-labelled candles for corporate gifts, events, and bulk orders. Visit our Corporate Gifting page or contact us for a tailored quote.
Where are you located?
AustMystik is based in Wollongong on the South Coast of NSW, Australia. All products are hand-poured locally and shipped Australia-wide.
